Buying EZCASH

This is a quick guide on buying EZCASH based on the one by poodia (see References section), but via TeenCash and without the W2,500 delivery fee (~US$2.15/22.5% cheaper). You will need a PayPal account to begin with, and can purchase 10,000 EZCASH for around US$8.

Register a Gmarket (Korea) account with the link below. The site works best with Internet Explorer 7 and above, and is in English so you would get through this pretty easily. Use a valid e-mail address as the site requires e-mail verification.

Once you have registered and verified your Gmarket account, sign in and click on the product page link below.

Select Payment on Delivery for Delivery Fee Type and 1만 틴캐시 (10,000 TeenCash) for 상품선택 필수 (Product Type).

Fill up the Delivery Info and Payment Info sections as follows:
Click on the Find Address button and use a non-existent address so that they won't deliver the game card physically and charge you for delivery fee.
Fill up the rest of the form accordingly. Make sure you include your e-mail address in the Memo to Seller field.
Important note: This is not reflected in the screenshot below - you need to select PayPal Express Checkout at the Payment Bank option as well. If you don't see this option in the dropdown, try selecting other payment types then clicking back on PayPal Express Checkout.
After clicking on Pay, there will be a pop-up window containing a PayPal sign-in page. Sign in and complete the payment, then wait for the seller to e-mail you the game card code. Make sure your e-mail spam filter does not block e-mails from dasolgame@korea.com (seller's e-mail address). It may take up to several days, but they usually deliver the codes within 24 hours.

Once you've received the 12-digit game card code (in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format), sign in your EZ2ON account using Internet Explorer 7 and above and click on the 2nd blue button:

In the following page, hit the 2nd blue button as well to enter the game card code. A window will pop up, requesting for details:

After this, another pop-up window will appear, prompting you to install an ActiveX component. If you're not able to allow its installation, you may need to adjust IE's security settings:
Set anything related to ActiveX to Prompt:

Once its ActiveX component is installed, you should be able to access the Inicis payment gateway and complete the game card activation process.

Once the game card is activated, your Uplay account will be credited with 10,000 UKash, but for it to be usable in EZ2ON, you'll need to convert it to EZCASH. After the previous step, another pop-up window for conversion of UKash to EZCASH will appear. Enter the appropiate amount you wish to convert and submit the form. You can also do this at a later time (see Convert UKash section). Note: You may want to reserve some UKash to purchase EZ2ON premium membership (see Premium Membership section).
Once conversion is complete, you should receive a notice and the new amount of EZCASH in your account will be reflected on the EZ2ON main page. Time to EZ2ON!
Premium Membership
Premium membership grants x99 DJ Points to all unlocked songs for the duration of the membership (it will be reset to x3 upon expiration). To apply for premium membership, sign in to your EZ2ON account, go to the link below and select the duration of the membership. Note: Premium membership is purchased with UKash, not EZCASH.

Converting UKash to EZCASH
To convert existing UKash to EZCASH, sign in to your EZ2ON account, hit the second blue button, and then the third blue button. Then follow Step 8 of the Buying EZCASH guide above.
